In the body of the note, please include your name and your relationship to the person who has died, so Cat can respond appropriately.

Cat monitors her e-mail frequently during the day, Monday through Friday and at least once a day on the weekends and holidays. The only time there might be a delay is if she is out of town doing a book event or due to other family or business commitments.
